Bachelor and Master Studies at the Department of CSE
The objective of the Degree Programme in Computer Science and Engineering (suomeksi tietotekniikan koulutusohjelma) is to educate Bachelors and Masters of Science for the purposes of industry, research and educational institutes as well as public administration. The emphasis of the degree programme is in providing necessary knowledge in the field of research, product development and manufacture.
Within the Degree Programme, the students can specialize in either Information Technology, Information Networks or Embedded Systems as their module of option (according to the study guide 2011-2012).
PhD Studies
It is possible to take the degree of Licenciate in Technology, Doctor of Technology or PhD at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Postgraduate students at the Dept. of CSE conduct research at the top of their field. Each PhD student follows an individual study plan.
